In order to implement horticulture marketing and integrate technical training with operation and beautify the environment of the prison, we use the gardening field in the prison to train the inmates in floriculture and propagation techniques, so the trainees can learn a skill in a short period of time, and after completing the training, they can join the ranks of self-employment and beautify the environment of the prison with the knowledges and skills they have learned.

  In order to enhance the future self-employment performance of the prison, the intimates are trained to learn floriculture and garden planting skills and self-employment horticulture subjects, so that the inmates can use the knowledge and skills learned, and are interested in and have the basic knowledge of the horticulture industry, increases the knowledge of various types of flowers. Meanwhile they can have professional knowledges and understand the needs of socity or horticultural products. The inmates can be familiar with the horticulture, by through the course, the intimates will learn a skill, cultivate a hard-working, diligent, reponsible service spirit and a dedicated and happy working attitude, and experience the truth that only when you work hard can you reap the rewards, which will help the correctional effect of execution and enable the internees to estabilish a positive outlook on life and achieve the sustainable development of people and the ecological environment.
