In order to develop inmates’ regular exercise hobbits, cultivating their sense of honor, enhancing self-acknowledgement, promoting their sense of looking to the bright side, and embedding the meaning of rehabilitation in the exercise, the prison held a single table tennis activity especially on August 28th, 2022. A total of 25 inmates from each unit participated in this activity.

Many inmates are used to playing table tennis for mitigating their pressure of daily life, so that the game of table tennis has always been an annual event of Bade Minimum Security Prison. There were not only many participants, but also lots of spectators besides. The prison hope to relieve the yearning of inmates toward their families, enliven spice to life, and stabilize their mood by this event. When the game starts, every location of the ball falling while attacking and defending, and the timing of counterattack on both sides were crucial to the final outcome of each match. After several rounds of fierce battles, every inmates did their best to fight until the last moment. Awards were given after the activity, which drew a perfect ending for the single table tennis event.
