歷史沿革

早期:空軍總司令時代

Early stage: Air Force Commander Times

 

‧民國73年設立懷德山莊,是為空軍看守所,依照空軍慣例,待審被告在判決確定後,必須視受刑人駐軍所在地,發交國防部所屬台南軍監或新店軍監執行,時懷德山莊占地約2公頃右臨空軍防砲司令部(今國防大學)

In the 1984, the establishment of the Huaide Mountain Villa was for the Air Force Detention Center.

According to the Air Force's convention, Must regard the location of the inmate’s garrison, the defendant to be tried must be sent to the Tainan Military Prison or the Xindian Military Prison of the Ministry of National Defense after the judgment is confirmed.

The villa covers an area of about 2 hectares right next to the Air Force Anti-Cannon Command (now National Defense University).

 

中期:憲兵司令部時代

Mid-term stage: Gendarmerie Command Times

 

‧民國951月空軍防砲警衛司令部移編憲兵司令部,遂將懷德山莊移交由憲兵司令部接管。

In January 2006, the Air Force Anti-Cannon Guard Command shifted to the Gendarmerie Command, and the Huaide Mountain Villa was handed over to the Gendarmerie Command.

 

搬遷前:法務部矯正署八德外役監獄

Before the relocation: The Bade Minimum Security Prison, Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice

 

‧民國102815日軍事審判法新制上路,法務部矯正署八德外役監獄奉行政院104714日院授人組字第1040040435號函核定於104716日成立。

On 2013 August 15, the military trial law was introduced to the new system.

The Bade Minimum Security Prison, Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice was established on July 16, 2015 by the Administration’s letter No. 1040040435 issued by the Executive Yuan on July 14, 2015.

 

現今(搬遷後):法務部矯正署八德外役監獄

Nowadays (after relocation): The Bade Minimum Security Prison, Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice

 

‧為因應本監新()建工程計畫,於民國107927日起陸續搬遷至法務部矯正署臺北監獄暫借該監至善大樓(桃園市龜山區宏德新村8)

In response to the plan of the new construction of the Bade Minimum Security Prison (expansion), the Bade Minimum Security Prison was relocated to the Taipei Prison, Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice on September 27, 2018.

The Zhishan Building (No. 8 Hongde New Village, Guishan District, Taoyuan City) was temporarily borrowed.
