返家探視Home Visit  

依外役監受刑人返家探視辦法規定，受刑人作業成績優良，得准予依刑期長、短辦理於星期六、日或國定紀念日返家探視40小時（不包括在途時間）。
According to the provisions of Regulations Governing Home Visits by Open Prison Inmates, an inmate whose operation performance is excellent may be approved to carry out 40-hour home visit (excluding the time on the way) on Saturday, Sunday or national holiday subject to the term of imprisonment.

與眷同住
Living with spouse or dependents

1.依監獄受刑人與眷屬同住辦法規定，外役監受刑人最近1個月，成績分數在9分以上，未受停止戶外活動之懲罰者，均得准與配偶或直系血親於懇親宿舍同住，每月1次，每次不逾7日。
2.設有懇親宿舍，配置有電視機、冷氣機等。
1. According to the provisions of  Regulations on Conjugal and Sharing Time for Prisoners and Family Dependents, Level 1 prisoners in progressive treatment in prisons and prisoners in prison camps with a score of more than 9 points and no suspension of outdoor activities in the most recent month may receive permission for conjugal time with spouse and sharing time with direct kin within designated quarters once every month for no more than 7 days each time .

2. There are familial-reunion quarters. Each is furnish with a TV, an air-conditioner.

縮短刑期
Mitigating the terms of imprisonment

第四級受刑人，每月4日。
第三級受刑人，每月8日。
第二級受刑人，每月12日。
第一級受刑人，每月16日。
4 days every month for the 4th grade or non-graded inmates.
8 days every month for the 3rd grade inmates.
12 days every month for the 2nd grade inmates.
16 days every month for the 1st grade inmates.

接見方式

採面對面接見，並提供休閒桌椅。
