To welcome the annual Christmas season, Bade Minimum Security Prison, on December 19, 2023, collaborated with the New Taipei City Messiah Holistic Care Association (referred to as the Care Association) to organize the "Christmas Carols, Let Love Move" caroling event. Through this event, they aimed to deliver good news to the inmates, proclaim a message of kindness, and provide psychological support.

The Care Association has been collaborating with the prison for a long time to conduct book clubs, providing inmates with opportunities for positive engagement in reading during their incarceration. On the eve of Christmas, they specially planned the caroling event to allow the inmates to experience a joyful atmosphere.

Wen Min-nan, the head of the Prison's Education and Rehabilitation Section, expressed gratitude for the dedication and encouragement of the Care Association's volunteers in organizing activities for the inmates, spreading goodness and peace, and illuminating happiness for the inmates.

Yeh Chun-hung, the warden of the prison, stated that the diversified educational treatment for inmates has always been a policy highly valued by correctional institutions. He particularly thanked the pastors and volunteers of the Care Association. Through this heartwarming activity, they not only conveyed hope and love but also strengthened the inmates' determination to reintegrate into society and rediscover their original, serene aspirations, igniting the belief in clarity and recovery.
