The Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice Bade Minimum Security Prison held cultural and recreational activities in June 30th 110

   Due the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic. The Central Epidemic Command Center announced the extension of the nationwide COVID-19 Level 3 alert until July 12.Base on that extension, Agency of corrections, Ministry of Justice instructed our place to pause inmates working outside the prison. In order to relax the life of the inmates to stabilize their emotions in the prison and encourage the inmates to develop proper leisure activities as well as cultivate positive and enterprising spirit from the competition, a Sudoku contest for inmates was held on June 29, 2021.

   The rules of Sudoku are simple and easy to understand, but the arrangement of the number squares is variant. This competition is freely registered by all inmates, and a total of 35 inmates participate the game.

In order to avoid crowds for epidemic prevention measures, the competitions are held separately at 2nd and 3rd floors. Each contestant shall maintain a social distance of 1.5 meters.

   When the game started, all the participants tried their best to solve the quiz and with great concentration, meditation, and patience.

Sudoku is not just testing participant's logical ability, but also racing against time, trying to figure out the quiz as much as possible within one hour.

   As the final result of the competition comes out, 3 participant got the same score and accomplished the quiz at the same time. In order to encourage inmates to aggressively motivate their lives through the spirit of competition, all of them awarded the first place and making the perfect ending to the event.
