Out-of-prison training

In order to enable inmates to better understand various social resources before they are released from prison after parole and reduced sentence, the prison cooperates with the Taiwan Rehabilitation and Protection Association Taoyuan Branch to provide individual counseling before release, and provides referrals for inmates in need to various employment services of the Ministry of Labor. Institutions and vocational training centers assist people in returning to society and finding employment smoothly.

This event was led by Wu Shuxian, Director of the Taoyuan Branch of the Taiwan After-Care Association, and 6 rehabilitation counselors went into the prison to assist with individual counseling, so that the participating inmates had a deeper understanding of rehabilitation protection and a better vision for their own release from prison.
